Authorities To Test Uncle “T”S Cocktail

The Zambia Bureau of Standards says it has received reports alleging that the infamous Uncle-T cocktails in Lusaka’s Kabwata popularly known as ‘’Chi-Cup’’ contains chemicals that are not safe for human consumption.
ZABS Head of Marketing and Public Relations Hazel Zulu says ZABS will institute investigations over the matter.
And Lusaka City Council Public Relations Officer Brenda Katongola says LCC has been following the trending story of the cocktails and says LCC will work with other relevant authorities to ensure that the issue is dealt with
amicably.
Allegations on social media about uncle-t cocktails went viral over the past 2 days. It is alleged that the infamous cocktail contains chemicals used for embalming.
However when approached for a comment over the allegations Trevor N’gandu popularly known as “uncle T” refuted the claims.
