Amos Chanda: UPND Members Are Half Literates

REPUBLICAN Zambian Presidential press aide Amos Chanda has blown his top after a series of forged statements were issued in his name. Chanda has accused the United Party for National Development (UPND) spin doctors of manufacturing statements in a bid to destabilize the country.
Chanda says UPND spin doctors were half literate and falling below their own standards. He says police will soon get to the bottom of forged statements purported to be issued by State House.

Note also that following numerous forgeries of statements by the UPND, I wish to empahsize that all my statements are in pdf format and on State House letterhead or Cabinet Office letterhead. The only time I communicate by whattsapp is when giving notice to small events. I can never issue a statement on whattsapp unless I am sending it to a closed group of trusted contacts. No public statement in word document format and on social media will be from me.
I stress this because I cannot cope with hundreds of calls seeking a confirmation of a forged statements. There will be many of such this season. The UPND half literate spin doctors seem to have fallen even below their own standards and resorted to resorted to signing at least one statement per week in my name. Police are making headway into this matter.
