Amos Chanda to appear in court on November,28th, 2019

FORMER State House Special Assistant for Press & Public Relations, Amos Chanda is expected to appear in Court on 28th November 2019 following his arrest yesterday.
The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has charged Chanda under Section 3 of the Anti-Corruption Act No.3 of 2012 for alleged corrupt practices by a public officer.
DEC has also charged Chanda with receiving properties suspected to be proceeds of crime under the Forfeiture of Proceeds of Crime Act.
