88 fuel dispensers in Lusaka defective

The Zambia Metrology Agency -ZMA has found 88 fuel dispensers in several filling stations in Lusaka to be defective.This is out of over 3,500 dispensers which were inspected in Lusaka during the first quarter of the year.

ZMA Regional Manager South-Legal Metrology MWENDAWELI CHIWALA disclosed this during an interview with ZNBC news.

He said the rejected 88 will be subjected for repair and certification by ZMA engineers before they get back to be in use.
