21 NSAMA ACCIDENT VICTIMS PUT TO REST

The 21 Nsama road accident victims have been put to rest at Chakanga cemetery in Nsama district.

And, Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO, says Government is concerned with the increase in the number of road accidents that had resulted in deaths.

And Mrs. NALUMANGO has since directed the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Transport through their respective departments to intensify road safety sensitization.

The Vice President, who is also Acting President, says the death of 21 UCZ Church members in a road accident is unacceptable.

Mrs NALUMANGO said this when she addressed mourners at Nsumbu grounds during the Church Service for the 21 UCZ Members who died in a Road.

And Northern Province Minister LEONARD MBAO said the province is grieved by the death of the 21 UCZ Church Members.

Mr. MBAO has thanked Government for the support towards funeral arrangements and expenses to bury the 21.

And, UCZ Northern Presbyterian Bishop MAYBINE MULENGA said the death of the 21 has served as a lesson for the Church in the way it will be Organising some events in future.
