104 LUANGWA HEADMEN BACK LUNGU

By Katwishi Bwalya-Over 104 headmen in Luangwa District have pledged to support President EDGAR LUNGU in next month’s General Election.

ESTHER DAKA who is Head Woman MULINDA NGOMBE says Luangwa has seen massive development since the PF was ushered into office in 2011.

Head Woman MULINDA NGOMBE has cited the connection of Luangwa to the Zesco electricity grid, the construction of Feira to Luangwa Bridge Road, communication towers, and Pontoon on the Zambezi River among others.

She says the people of Luangwa and the traditional leadership are grateful to President LUNGU for ensuring Luangwa is developed.

And DOUGLAS MUMBA who is headman NYAMANKALO says the people of Luangwa will pay back President LUNGU for the massive development by making sure he is re-elected.

The two were speaking during a meeting with headmen hosted by JEAN KAPATA and SYLVIA CHALIKOSA who are members of the PF Central Committee.

And Ms KAPATA urged the headmen to familiarise themselves with the PF Manifesto to appreciate what the party has done and is about to do.

She said the manifesto spells out a clear vision of what the PF intends to do between 2021 and 2026.

And Ms CHALIKOSA said Luangwa has received a fair share of national development during the PF reign.
