ZRA To Continue Protecting Businesses From Collapsing Amidst Reduced Revenue Collection

The Zambia Revenue Authority –ZRA- says it will continue to protect businesses from collapsing even amidst reduced revenue collection due to the impact that the coronavirus outbreak has had.

And ZRA Commissioner General Kingsley Chanda says companies under stress to pay their taxes will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure continuity of business.

Mr Chanda however acknowledges that it is clear revenue collection will significantly drop and even worse if the Covid-19 pandemic persists.
