Zamtel Still Investigating “illegal” Top Up Cards

ZAMTEL Chief Executive Officer Sydney Mupeta says the institution is still investigating into the unloading of unauthorized scratch cards that were circulated on the market by unknown people.

Mr. Mupeta says during the investigations it discovered some linkages that were been perpetuated by some officers internally.

He has told Journalist in Lusaka that ZAMTEL is working hard in ensuring that the selling of this stock is automated to avoid what transpired in future.

Mr. Mupeta says once the investigations are over, Zamtel will tell the nation the full details as to what led to the unloading of unauthorized scratch cards to be on the market.
