The junior Chipolopolo who finish the group on seven points will now play perennial rivals Zimbabwe in a battle of the Zambezi.
Zambia opened the score-line through midfielder Edward Chilufya in the 13th minute and Mozambique managed to equalize in the 86th Minute through Kamo-Kamo Cumbane.
Zambia sealed their unbeaten run in group (A) with a two-nil beating of both Malawi and DRC before drawing one all against Mozambique this afternoon.
Meanwhile, Mozambique awaits Group (C) fixture that will take place tomorrow to determine whether or not the junior Mambas who have five points can qualify to the Semi-finals as best losers.
In another group (A) fixture, the Democratic Republic of Congo beat Malawi by three goals to one, however both teams are out of the competition as they were playing a dead rubber match.
