[Video] Opposition leaders make strong case for Lungu’s impeachment

Four opposition political party leaders namely Hakainde Hichilema of the UPND, Mike Mulongoti of the People’s Party, Nevers Mumba of the MMD and Charles Milupi of the ADD on Monday night appeared on Prime TV’s ‘Oxygen of Democracy’ where they highlighted the constitutional breaches President Edgar Lungu has allegedly committed to warrant impeachment proceedings being instituted against him.

61 PF, UPND and Independent members of parliament have signed a motion to impeach President Edger Lungu for alleged violation of the Republican Constitution.

The motion to be raised by Mazabuka Central Member of Parliament Garry Nkombo and seconded by his Roan PF counterpart Chishimba Kambwili is expected to be tabled this week.
