VEEP MOURNS BUSH

Vice President Inonge Wina has sent a message of condolences to the Bush family on the death of 41st President of the United States of America George. H.W. Bush.
Mrs. Wina says President Bush will be remembered fondly as a distinguished statesman who contributed selflessly to peace in the world.
She says President Bush senior is also known for his history of long standing patriotic public service.
Mrs. Wina said this in her message written in the book of condolence at the American Embassy in Lusaka today.
Upon arrival at the embassy, Mrs. Wina was welcomed by the American Ambassador to Zambia Daniel Foote.
And, Mr. Foote said he is happy to receive the support from the Zambian Government during the demise of the 41st President.
