Two Chinese nationals allegedly torture and kill Zambian national in Mungwi

TWO Chinese nationals have been arrested for allegedly torturing and beating to death a Zambian national identified as Evaristo Chileshe aged 40 who was a security guard at the site in Mungwi District.Northern Province Police Commissioner Richard Mweene who confirmed this to the media said the   suspects allegedly used Kicks, fists and plank when beating the deceased.The two suspects accused the deceased of stealing iron sheets from the construction site at Ukusefya Pa Ngwena arena.Mweene said the incident occurred on Sunday in Mungwi while the body of the deceased is lying in Kasama General Hospital Mortuary awaiting postmortem.The deceased is survived by a wife and two children.
