Trial Yet To Commense In Case Of Woman Who Killed Hubby

Trial has yet to commence in the highly publicized murder case of Precious Litebele who allegedly murdered her husband Lubinda.

Precious hit the limelight after having been arrested for murdering her husband whom they worked together at Bank ABC.

When the matter came up before magistrate David Simusamba the prosecution team asked for an adjournment on grounds that they had yet to receive instructions from the Director of Public Prosecution.

And lawyer for the accused Osborne Ngoma said he will request for a preliminary inquiry before the matte is committed to the High Court. The matter has been adjourned to July 14.
