Shepolopolo Start Cosafa on a Winning Note
The Zambia Women National Team started their Cosafa Championship campaign with a 2-0 win over Lesotho.
Goals from captain Misozi Zulu and Barbara Banda gave Zambia maximum points.
Zulu scored in the 35th minute while Banda completed the rout in the 57th minute.
Zambia will now meet guest team Cameroon who thumped Mozambique 8-1.
Mozambique will face Lesotho on Saturday with Zambian facing the lionesses of Cameroon.
Zambia came out third last year and will be hoping to do better than last year.
