RB sues PACRA

FORMER President Rupiah Banda and two others have sued Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) and 29 others for allegedly changing and adding directors and shareholders to their company.Mr Banda, James Banda and George Chabwera say PACRA and 29 others changed and added shareholders and directors to Nyize Enterprises Limited without their knowledge.
The three have filed the lawsuit in their capacity as shareholders and directors of Nyize Enterprises Limited.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
