Precious, the woman who shot her husband five times has not been charged yet, Police say

POLICE assistant public relations officer Esther Mwaata- Katongo says,

In a statement to Mwebantu, Mrs. Mwaata-Katongo however stated that a warn and caution had been recorded from her.

“She is not charged yet, but a warn and caution statement was recorded from her. Investigations have continued hence, we are interviewing any person that we feel can help us in our Investigations. We do not want to give more information than this until the case is concluded,” stated Mrs. Mwaata-Katongo.

She stated that postmortem on the deceased was being conducted today.

“We are waiting for postmortem results and then the case will be pushed to court,” said Mrs. Mwaata-Katongo.

She revealed that police had only one person in their custody. “ The only person in custody is the wife of the deceased,” stated Mrs. Mwaata-Katongo
