Police arrest Sean Tembo

Patriots for economic progress (pep) leader, Sean Tembo has been picked by police in Lusaka for allegedly defaming the republican president in his posts on social media dated 15th march, 2019.
On 15th march Mr. Tembo issued a statement alleging that  President, Edgar Lungu is mentally unwell.
In his post Mr. Tembo alleged that the 17 million of bonafide citizens of Zambia, have consequently been held hostage by his suspected mental illness.
This was after the head of state addressed the state of the nation last week on Friday.
Zambia Police Public Relations Officer Esther Mwaata Katongo says the opposition leader is currently detained in police custody.
