#Paipapano: UPND runway Kasenengwa candidate joins PF

DR Faustin Banda, the UPND runway Kasenengwa candidate has ditched the opposition party and joined the ruling PF.Dr. Banda made the announcement in Kasenengwa today and he has since joined the campiagn team for PF parliamentary candidate Sensio Banda.Yesterday, UPND Chairman for Elections Garry Nkombo officially reported ,Dr Faustin Banda to the police for obtaining money and election materials by false pretence.So far, only PF’s Sensio Banda, John Zulu of PAC and Abel Ngwenya of UPPZ have  successfully filed their nomination for next month’s Kasenengwa by-election.The Electoral Commission of Zambia has prescribed Thursday, 6th September, 2018 as the date on which to hold the Parliamentary By-election in Kasenengwa Constituency of Kasenengwa District.The by-election in Kasenengwa Constituency has been necessitated following the death of the incumbent Member of Parliament Ms. Victoria Kalima on 15th June, 2018.The poll will take place from 06:00 hours to 18:00 hours.
