PAC candidate John Zulu successfully files in nomination for Kasenengwa parliamentary by-elections

PEOPLE’S Alliance for Change (PAC) candidate John Zulu yesterday successfully filed in nomination for Kasenengwa Parliamentary by-elections.In a statement issued from Kasenengwa Eastern Province PAC Secretary General Gerald Mulao announced the party picked on John Zulu who has been a loyal member of PAC since 2016 and has also worked closely with the farmers and people of Kasenengwa.“The Eastern Province PAC Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) settled on PAC member John Zulu who has been a loyal member since 2016. But the biggest ingredient is that Hon. John Zulu has worked very closely with farmers and people of Kasenengwa constituency. And our team in 2016 worked very well and we got good results at Presidential level in Kasenengwa where our President Mr. Andyford Mayele Banda was the candidate” PAC SG Gerald Mulao Said.And speaking in a separate statement PAC President Andyford Mayele Banda said the party was looking at devising new methods of campaigns to ignite people to stand and vote as traditional methods have clearly failed as the voter turnout kept dwindling.And commenting on the candidate Mr. Banda said he was glad Eastern Province PEC picked on Mr. John Zulu who has been a member for some time and someone who understands challenges of the community in Kasenengwa.The PAC is coming fresh from the Lusaka Mayoral elections where the party came out number three.
