Mulongoti Insists That Lungu Is A Foreigner, As Mumbi Calls Him Mad

Patriotic Front(PF) Deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri is says People’s Party President Mike Mulongoti is mad.
This follows persistent questions by People’s Party president Mike Mulongoti on President Edgar Lungu’s nationality.
“When people begin to talk like that, then you question their mental capacity. Are they okay in the head? Or has something gone wrong?Is he(Mr Mulongoti) okay in the end. I can comfortably say I know that President Lungu is From Petauke District in Chief Nyampande’s area. Honourable Mulongoti has known President Edgar Lungu since he was lawyer and I have known him since he was at ZCCM as a legal counsel. So, I know him, ” said Mrs Phiri.
