Moderate Your Statements, Mwila Tells UPND

Home Affairs Minister Davies Mwila has advised the opposition UPND to be moderate in their statements before creating anarchy in the country.

Mwila says the security wings will not sit back and watch some political players issue careless statements that border on national security.

He says the statement from the UPND that they will not accept the outcome of the August 11 elections if they lose citing the confusion surrounding the verification of the voters register should be condemned.

Mwila says it is through such statements that people resort to unlawful acts.

Mwila has since called on political players to desist from issuing statements that border on national security.

And Mwila has dismissed claims by UPND President Hakainde Hichilema that the PF is bent on putting the UPND leadership in Police cells.
