Lightning strike causes $1.5 million damage

STEVEN MVULA, Parliament PARLIAMENT heard yesterday that lightning strikes caused damage worth US$1.5 million to the 330 Kilovolt (KV) Pensulo power line in Serenje district, plunging five provinces into darkness.
