“KEEP THE GIRLS IN SCHOOL”

Shiwangandu Member of Parliament Stephen Kampyongo has challenged civil servants and stakeholders to double efforts in the fight against child marriages and ensure girls are kept in schools.
Mr. Kampyongo who is also PF National Youth Chairperson says everyone in various positions has the responsibility to ensure girls remain in schools.
Mr. Kampyongo says keeping young girls in school has a very critical role towards the country’s social economic development.
The Member of Parliament was speaking when head of departments and civil servants submitted reports to him on how Shiwangandu district fared in 2018.
Mr. Kampyongo who is also Home Affairs Minister also called for transparency among head of departments and civil servants as they carry out their duties.
