Kabwe intercity location not ideal

IT IS good that the Kabwe Municipal Council has started building an intercity bus station, but it should reconsider the location.The town planners, for me, are not seeing beyond the immediate need.
The station will provide an immediate solution but I can bet you that a few years from now, the planners will be thinking of another location for the station.
I say so because this station is bound to attract a lot of traffic and other activities around it.
Given its proximity to the highway, it could sooner than later begin to inhibit the flow of traffic on the main road through town.
The local authorities should have found a location way off the highway.
