JOSEPH CHILONGA DIES

Cross Borders Traders Association of Zambia Chairperson Joseph Chilonga has died.
And the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry is saddened by the death of Mr. Chilonga.
Ministry of Commerce Permanent Secretary, Kayula Siame says the Late Mr. Chilonga was great and vibrant leader who believed in transparency and accountability.
Mrs. Siame said this in a statement made available to ZNBC News in Lusaka.
She said Mr. Chilonga will be remembered for working tirelessly in ensuring that the Luangwa Trade Information Desk was launched under the partnership of Regional Integration Capacity Building, the Comesa-EU funded project.
Mrs. Siame further said the late was a leader who advocated for the better welfare of the cross-border traders countrywide.
