Four people die in bus road traffic accident, Police say

FOUR people have died on the spot while 28 others sustained injuries after a Higer bus which they were traveling in overturned due to excessive speed.
The fatal road accident occurred on Friday at 08:20 hours at Vuba area in Kapiri Mposhi along the Great North road and involved a Moses Maseo of Nakonde who was driving the bus.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has revealed that the accident happened when the driver due to excessive speed, lost control of the motor vehicle and overturned in the process.
She said the four that died have not yet been identified.
Katongo said all the bodies of the deceased are in Kapiri Mposhi District Hospital mortuary while the 28 injured are admitted to the same Hospital.
