Finance Minister Assures Of Transparency And Fairness In Dismantling Arrears

Finance minister Bwalya Ng’andu has assured of transparency and fairness in dismantling arrears owed to local suppliers of goods and services.

Dr Ng’andu says this will scale down accusations that friends and relatives are prioritized in payments.

And the finance minister who has allocated a K2.3 billion in the 2020 national budget towards dismantling of arrears however said the money is not enough to pay all suppliers.

He spoke to journalists in an interview.
