FDD Presents two Mayoral Candidates in Chipata

CONFUSION yesterday erupted after opposition Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) presented two adoption certificates to returning officer Samuel Phiri for Chipata mayoral election slated for August 11th. The confusion started after Oswald Mphande, a well known Chipata resident had earlier presented an original adoption certificate to returning officer at the Chipata Municipal Council chamber
