Facebook, WhatsApp banned

LUSAKA Province Minister Bowman Lusambo has banned civil servants in the region from using social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook while on duty to enhance service delivery.Mr Lusambo said he has noticed that most civil servants, especially nurses and teachers, spend most of their time on social media while on duty.
“Most nurses and teachers are spending a lot of time on WhatsApp and Facebook while working. This is not acceptable. This government is here to deliver service to Zambians,” he said yesterday when he featured on a radio programme on Hot FM.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
