Commercial Banks Advised To Adopt Attractive Banking Services

Financial Analyst Blessings Kafwanka has advised commercial banks in the country to adopt attractive banking services for them to remain relevant and competitive in the financial sector.

In an interview with phoenix business news, Mr. Kafwanka observes that some commercial banks are now closing their branches because of the pressure coming from other financial institutions which offer convenient products and services to customers.

Meanwhile, Mr. Kafwanka has attributed the closure of some bank outlets by some commercial banks to low production in other sectors of the economy emanating from the current energy crisis in Zambia.

He explains that low production has resulted in reduced bank deposits thereby leading to a strain on the financial sector.
