Minister of Infrastructure and Housing Ronald Kaoma Chitotela has appeared before the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for questioning.
Chitotela was summoned by the ACC following accusations that he abused the authority of his office in relation to the Road Development Agency (RDA).
And Permanent Secretary Charles Mushota also appeared before the ACC alongside his Minister.
The duo are accused of ordering RDA to purchase executive Toyota Land Cruisers for them.
This is not the first time Chitotela is coming under the spotlight for the wrong reasons. In 2013, then President Michael Sata fired Chitotela from his government for alleged corrupt practices.
