ZESCO WOES INVESTORS

Zesco Microscopic has urged the industry neighborhood to contemplate investing in Northwestern Province now that it is some distance connected to the nationwide grid.
Company Nationwide Spokesperson Henry Kapata says the energy utility firm has sufficient energy to develop to the total districts within the Province.
Mr. Kapata says currently there are 35 Thousand households connected to electricity within the home.
Mr. Kapata has instructed ZNBC Files in an interview that ZESCO spent One Hundred and Sixty two Million U.S greenbacks to connect electricity to Northwestern Province.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kapata has disclosed that works on the 132 KV Transmission line to connect Chama and Lundazi districts to the nationwide electricity grid is progressing smartly.
Mr. Kapata added that 45 % of works has been carried out and works are anticipated to be performed by 2020.
