Zambia needs visionary leadership- Milupi

Opposition Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD) President Charles Milupi says Zambia needs visionary leadership if wealth is to be created from its natural resources.

Mr. Milupi notes that there is immense potential in the country’s natural resources except that such resources are being mismanaged.

In an interview with QTV News, Mr. Milupi has cited sectors such as mining, tourism, agriculture and energy as some of the sectors where Zambia still has natural resources with the potential to create wealth.

He believes that from these resources, Zambia can adequately fund its treasury and pay off public debt.

Mr. Milupi, however, feels the current leadership is not doing a good job in aspiring to create wealth using the country’s natural resources.
