YASA Queens head coach Mervis described her teams 3-2 win over Luyando Foundation as an intense game and attributed to her teams win to experience.

She picked up Positives from the game and added that her team will work on their mistakes in training and has declared her charges ready to be titile contenders.

“This Game Was intense, The home team gave it their all. One reason why we won is that we showed that seniority. We are senior and these ones are just new in the league,” She told the ZamFoot crew.

Her counter part, Luyando Foundation coach, Chisenga Mwape was content with the performance of his girls as they are still a developmental side.

“The game was okay and this is our eighth league game with YASA. We have fought hard at least the girls have done their part although we lacked endurance. These Girls they know each other and this game is more like a derby. As for me from what I have watched in this game, It was fine because we are still developing. A few mistakes cost us otherwise the game was Okay,” He told the ZamFoot crew.

YASA Queens edged Luyando Foundation in a five goal thriller away at the Kanyama playing grounds thanks to a Florence Kasonde brace.
