WOMAN DELIVERS CONJOINED TWINS

A Kabwe woman has been delivered of a set of conjoined twins at the University Teaching Hospital -UTH- in Lusaka.
Health Minister Chitalu Chilufya says the twins are sharing a heart and liver and were delivered.
Dr. Chilufya says the conjoined twins who are girls were referred from Kabwe General Hospital and described their condition as stable.
He was speaking in an interview with ZNBC news in Mansa.
Dr. Chilufya said a team of Doctors has continued to monitor the babies.
