We beat power so what ?

Nkwazi head coach Chris Kaunda believes its just a normal thing that his side beat Kitwe giants Powerful Power dynamos.

The former Zambia U17 trainer was quick to mention that his team was a developmental project for the next five years and was not under any form of pressure.

“It just a normal game. We not under pressure , We not fighting for anything. We are building a team, Most of these are youngsters. We beat Power so what ?, We are building a team while Power have been there (In continental football) and they know what they are playing for, Us we are building a team,” Kaunda told the ZamFoot crew

“We don’t play under pressure, Us we just train, You can come and watch our training sessions. We face MUZA next in Mazabuka and we will train for them. We know how to play them,” he added.

His counter part Kelvin Kaindu admitted feeling under pressure but said it was normal in football be it at the top of the log or at the bottom pressure will always be there.

“Football is a pressure game. When at the top there is pressure at the bottom there is pressure but there is just so much you can do with nine of your regular players out injured. The few players that are available tried their level best,” Kaindu told the ZamFoot crew

Kebby Kamanga scored the only goal of the game on Saturday at Edwin Imboela Stadium as Nkwazi claimed maximum points and handed Power dynamos their fifth loss of the season.
