Warriors fans want Chicken out 

Kbwe Warrior fans made their feelings known about the future of head coach George ‘Chicken’ Lwandamina. 

The fans carried placards and banners to the VIP and dressing to express their displeasure about the continuation of Lwandamina in the role. 

One fan carried a ‘Chicken’ George Lwandamina must go banner and the banner also had a ‘ We don’t belong in Division One’ tagline.

Kabwe Warriors are currently winless in their last nine games and last won a game on 1st September. 

Since that win, The magnificent People’s team has only managed to collect five points from a possible 27 points. 

The former Zambia national team boss was named as Kabwe Warriors head coach in June and took charge of the team on July 1st. 

The former Young Africans and ZESCO United boss penned a two year deal with the Magnificent People’s team. 

Lwandamina took over from Chris Kaunda whose short term contract with the Central Province based outfit ended on 30th June.
