VOTE PF TO FOSTER DEVELOPMENT-LUNGU

President Edgar Lungu has urged the people of Mangango to vote for PF candidate Godwin Putu in a bid to foster development in the constituency.
President Lungu says it will be easy to take development to Mangango constituency if the people of Mangango vote for Mr. Putu as area Member of Parliament on November 20th.
The head of state was speaking during a PF rally to drum up support for the PF candidate in Mangango.
Four political parties are contesting the Mangango Parliamentary By-election seat.

The PF is fielding in Godwin Putu, the United Party for National Development (UPND) has Mwendoi Akakandelwa and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has settled for Kashandola Yuvwenu while Kambinda Chingunde is contesting on the United Prosperous and Peaceful Zambia (UPPZ) ticket.
The Mangango seat fell vacant following the death of Naluwe Mweene who died in a road accident on August 28 at Itezhi-Tezi turnoff.
And PF Secretary General Davis Mwila has praised political parties contesting the Mangango by elections for holding peaceful campaigns.
Mr. Mwila says he is pleased that no violence was recorded during the campaigns.
The P.F Secretary General has further urged all political parties to remain peaceful during and after the elections.
He has also urged political parties to accept the outcome of the elections.
Mr. Mwila was speaking to ZNBC news in an interview in Mangango.
