Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO is tomorrow April 20, 2022 expected in Northern Province for a five days working visit.

Northern Province Permanent Secretary BERNARD MPUNDU told Journalists at his office that the Vice President is expected to visit seven districts.

He explained that Mrs. NALUMANGO will arrive at 08:40 hours at Kasama Airport and proceed to Mungwi district where she will pay a courtesy call on Paramount Chief CHITIMUKULU at his palace.

Mr. MPUNDU said the Vice President is also expected to be in Mbala where she will inspect Kasesha Border Post and the road leading to the border post.

In Mpulungu she will check on operations and investment in the East Corridor at the Harbour.

Mrs NALUMANGO will also commission a water reticulation project in Kaputa district which has been implemented by Chambeshi Water Supply and Sanitation Company.

The Permanent Secretary said the Vice President will return to Kasama on Friday April 22nd and is on Saturday expected to attend Church service at SDA main and later inspect the Provincial studios before interacting with pupils at CHILESHE CHEPELA School of special needs.

The programme further indicates that the Vice President will on Sunday attend mass at Saint John’s Catholic Church before flying back to Lusaka.
