VEEP calls for sustenance of national unity

Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO has called for the sustenance of peace and national unity for ZAMBIA to prosper.

Mrs. NALUMANGO says peace and national unity are part of the prerequisites for economic, political and social development.

She has also reiterated the UPND Administration’s commitment to upholding ZAMBIA’s status quo as a Christian nation.

Mrs. NALUMANGO has however urged ZAMBIANS to embrace Christian values at personal levels for the declaration of ZAMBIA as a Christian nation to be impactful.

Meanwhile Mrs. NALUMANGO has challenged the clergy in the country to value education by acquiring theological qualifications.

Speaking during the 20th Anniversary of Jesus Anointed Ministries International in LUSAKA today, Ms. NALUMANGO said the move will enable the Clergy to have a track record of their vocation.

Speaking at the same function, Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia -EFZ Executive Director ANDREW MWENDA praised Jesus Anointed Ministries International Overseer Bishop BILLY MFULA for his vision to establish more church branches in the country.

Bishop MWENDA said the vision is in line with scriptural demand for Christians and visionary people to pursue greatness in various fields.

Earlier Bishop MFULA said he envisages setting up 100 church branches across the country by 2030.

Bishop MFULA thanked GOD for the grace bestowed upon him to sustain his church ministry.
