Copperbelt UPND Youth Chairperson WARREN HINYAMA has urged beneficiaries of empowerment funds from government to prudently use the resources.
Mr. HINYAMA says it is sad that some youths who have been given empowerment under CDF have not invested it in business.
He says youths should learn to work hard and not depend on handout.
Mr. HINYAMA told ZNBC that the new Dawn administration has deliberately come up with various empowerment programs in order to help the youths to stand own their own.
