Kabwe Warriors remain unbeaten while Zesco United closed the game at the top of the MTN Super League.

Elsewhere in Stream A, Lusaka Dynamos stunned Zanaco with a deserving win at Sunset Stadium.

In Mufulira, Red Arrows continued their fine form with an impressive win. And finally Green Buffaloes picked up a vital win.

STREAM A

Green Buffaloes 1-0 Prison Leopards (Jackson Chirwa pen )

Bilton Kuba Musonda picked up his first three points since his return in the dugout as Green Buffaloes recorded their third win of the season.

Jackson Chirwa scored from the spot after defender Malani Gondwe was fouled in the box.

Buffaloes had a scare but survived it after goalkeeper Fred Silwamba denied a Prison Leopards player from the spot.

Nakambala Leopards 1-2 Zesco United (Chataba Kabole |Quadri Kola, John Ching’andu)

Champions Zesco United made it two games in a row as they dispatched off the ‘Sugar Boys’ in Mazabuka.

First half goals from Nigerian winger Quadri Kola and the ever present John Ching’andu were enough to send them fourth with 18 points, 3 behind the leaders. Zesco has a game in 2 games.

Chataba Kabole pulled a goal back for Nakambala. The Zeddy Saileti coached side are 6th on the log with 12 points.

Japanese veteran Kosuke has been featuring for Zesco United

Mufulira Wanderers 0-3 Arrows (Bruce Musakanya, Tololwa, George Simbayambaya )

Elijah Chikwanda started his tenure on a sour note after Red Arrows inflicted more misery on the nine times Zambian Champions.

Arrows captain Bruce Musakanya put the airmen 1 nil up before Tolowa and a late goal from George Simbayambaya secured maximum points for Chisi Mbewe coached side.

Arrows are fifth with 16 points with a game in hand while ‘Maite’ is 2 points above the relegation zone.

Kabwe Warriors 2-1 Kitwe United (Nkonko 51, OG | Kiala G Lasa 77′)

Tenant Chilumba’s Kabwe Warriors maintained their unbeaten run and took over top spot thanks to Heritier Nkonko and an own goal secured.

Warriors have 21 points while the Buchi Boys are still in the drop zone with 7 points, on level with Prison Leopards who are bottom.

Zanaco 1-3 Lusaka Dynamos (Rodger Kola 77′ | Chris Mugalu 39′, 90′ Tardeille Ilunga 61′)

Zanaco suffered their second match in as many games on Saturday afternoon at Sunset.

The bankers were second best to impressive Lusaka Dynamos.

Chris Mugalu could have had a hatrick after he had a goal disallowed. The Congolese hitman hit the woodwork in the 30th minute before he unleashed a low drive from 30 yards to give the ‘The Elite’ the lead past Racha Kola.

Tardeille Ilunga increased their tally before Rodger Kola pulled one back to give the bankers a lifeline.

Zanaco were reduced to a man down after Kevin Owusu was sent off and Mugalu wrapped it up with an easy tap in injury time.
