Tenant Chilumba hints on an ‘invincibles’ season

Kabwe Warriors coach Tenant Chilumba has hinted on his desire to finish the season without testing defeat . Chilumba told the ZamFoot Crew that he would like to continue with the unbeaten run until the end of the season.

Warriors handed Zanaco their second straight loss and a fifth of the season on Saturday thanks to Akakulubelwa Mwachiaba’s close range finish and Jimmy Ndhlovu’s contender for goal of the season.

” Of course playing continental is one of our targets . The boys have been working hard so now our challenge is to continue working hard, We want to remain unbeaten, ” Chilumba said.

” I can’t say we want to finish on top, We just have to continue working hard. The race is still on we want to finish in the top four definitely,” He added.

Warriors have won six games and drawn eight from the fifteen games they have played so far making them the only team to remain unbeaten this far.

With only three games left and only one of them to be played away from Kabwe, The Magnificent People’s team may just pull off the invincibles season by going all season without defeat.
