The resumption of the 2019/2020 MTN/FAZ Super League season suffered a major set back after the match between Forest Rangers and Zanaco was postponed citing Health concerns.
The match which was scheduled to take place at 15:00hrs on Saturday was, however, put off on the recommendation of the Ndola Public Health Office.
Our match against Forest Rangers did not take place. It has been postponed to a later date. We remain positive and shift our focus to next weeks match against Nkana FC on 22nd July 2020.#WeAreZanaco#WeAreSensational

Forest Rangers in the morning confirmed that the club had 28 COVID-19 positive cases from the tests conducted on the players and officials earlier this week.
Eden University/FAZ National Division One sides Kitwe United and Police College launched the return of the Zambian league with an early kick-off on Saturday. Kitwe United surrendered a 1-0 lead to lose 2-1.
Tomorrow, Defending Champions, Zesco United are set to host relegation-threatened Kansanshi Dynamos at 13:00hrs while Buildcon squares off with Power Dynamos at 15:00hrs.
The two matches are however dependent on the COVID-19 test results which are expected to be out tomorrow at 08:00hrs.
