Outspoken staunch PF supported Sunday Chanda’s hopes of being a Member of Parliament has been dealt a big blow after former Police Inspector General Martin Malama was picked ahead of him to stand on the PF ticket. Mr Chilufya had campaigned and applied to be adopted to stand in Kanchibiya Constituency but the party’s Central
