SQUABBLES ENGULF TOBACCO INDUSTRY

The Small-scale Tobacco Farmers Association of Zambia is concerned with wrangles obtaining in the industry.
Association interim chairperson Rodgers Phiri says there is need for stakeholders to reach a consensus on several issues affecting the industry.
Mr Phiri says small scale farmers feel side-lined now as they are not consulted when major decisions are made.
He was speaking in an interview with ZNBC news in LUSAKA.
