Speaking when she addressed marketeers at Petauke New market this afternoon, Ms. Siliya talked about it’s far unacceptable that the market ought to tranquil continue operating without water and varied indispensable amenities.

Marketeers complained of the council’s failure to address points of shopping and selling spaces and water.
Meanwhile Ms. Siliya has donated a hundred thousand Kwacha to marketeers empowerment funds to marketeers.
She talked about the money is supposed to empower marketeers specifically ladies to develop their firms.
