Petauke Central Member of Parliament DORA SILIYA has entreated the lady child to listen on training.
Ms SILIYA says it is most efficient by training that the kids will change into what they wish to change into in existence.
Ms SILIYA who is also Data and Broadcasting Minister, has advised the young ladies to claim no to early marriage as it would waste their future.
