Should I demand for a refund?

Dear Editor,

Kindly post for me and hide my ID. I have a question for the LADIES especially those that run businesses. my problem goes as follows, during the week I decided to take my girlfriend to the saloon as she had asked me to do so, wen we reached the saloon I opted to pay the bills in advance so that I proceed to go and watch a game at the nearest bar as they were attending to my girlfriend.
Whilst at the bar before I could even finish my third bottle, my girlfriend phoned me in a panicking voice and wen I reached their I found my wife and the hair waitress attacking my girlfriend with help of a tax driver, we managed to rescue my girlfriend and I ordered the cab driver to take her to her place, my wife started yelling at me I dragged her into the vehicle and drove home were we fought big time luckily the maid was still around she had to take our 2kids away.
Following day my wife went to her aunties place and the maid told me the name of the hair waitress who snitched on me. I confronted her & told her to mind her lonely miserable life, to my surprise my wife returned home fuming & asked me why I attacked her informant.
Now shud I go and claim my refund because I paid a good amount of money for a service which was not delivered and is this the way saloons treat their customers or should I see the owner of the saloon so that she discipline her employees? bcoz I feel the behavior the waitresses portrayed was totally unacceptable. Ladies is this the way a saloon is suppose to operate ?
