SENEGALESE IN LUSAKA TOASTS  NATIONAL’S VICTORY

Senegalese Nationals based in Lusaka last night held celebrations following the crowning of the Teranga Lions as African Champions on Sunday.

The Celebrations also attracted others from West Africa such as Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, Mali and Mauritania.

And Chairpersons of the Senegalese Nationals in Zambia DJIBY DEMBA says the Afcon has brought joy to the Senegalese living in Zambia.

DEMBA who has lived in Zambia for over 30 years says he has now become a Zambian and that he was happy to see Senegalese in his country come in thousands to celebrate the victory.

He said Zambia set the path for his country after winning the trophy for the first time in 2012

And Chairperson of the Malian Community in Zambia SARSO DOUCOURE said the win has united the continent of Africa.
